Converting PDF to DXF

If you have a PDF file from the architect and you need to import that into LAVA, you can very easily convert the PDF to a DXF in AutoCAD.  

AutoCAD provides a built-in feature to import PDFs and save them as DXF files:

1. Open AutoCAD and create a new drawing.

2. Use the PDFIMPORT command to import the PDF.

3. After importing, go to File > Save As.

4. Choose DXF as the file type and save.
